House Rules

  1. We ask that every guest clean the kitchen and kitchen utensils after use.
  2. Remove trash from the kitchen bins and take it outside to the bins located on the right of the property.
  3. Keep your personal space clean. If you use extra towels, clean them and put them back before leaving.
  4. Do not repair anything in the unit. Always call maintenance.
  5. If damage occurs, please notify maintenance right away.
  6. All items in the house must be left at the house. If you take any items within the house, you will be charged for replacing those times.
  1. Failure to disclose any issues within 24 hours of check-in will prevent the traveler from leaving a review. Airbnb will remove all guests who do not meet these requirements.
  2. The guest must provide ID verification for all guests on site if asked by the host
  3. No pets allowed. If you violate this policy, guest is to pay all cleaning and disposal fees for beds and linens and purchase new beds and linens
  4. If smoke alarms are removed, guests are to pay for all cleaning fees associated.
